Description

These 7x10 inch open end static shielding bags are constructed from 2.8 mil multi-layer metalized film that dissipates electrostatic charge and creates a Faraday cage effect around enclosed contents. Each bag is printed with the standard ESD caution warning symbol to communicate handling requirements at every point in the supply chain.

The open end configuration allows fast component insertion without pre-opening sealed closures, and the transparent film lets handlers visually confirm contents without breaching the bag. Heat sealing creates a secure, tamper-evident closure suitable for kitted assemblies, warranty parts, and any application where bag integrity must be verified on receipt.

Typical applications include electronics manufacturing lines, PCB staging and storage, component kitting operations, MRO distribution, and field service part packaging. Each case contains 100 bags. Intended for commercial use; not listed under the Defense Standardization Program Qualified Products List.
